SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to fulfill all in-stock orders within 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday).
*Pre-order items will be fulfilled as the product arrives in house. Please allow about 4-5 weeks for delivery. The 2-5 business day window does NOT apply to pre-order items. * Production time on each piece varies.
We do not ship on weekends.
To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us at info@thecomfysociety.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $30 worldwide. The shipping is DDU, which means duties and taxes are paid by the recipient upon delivery of the package. Customers are held responsible for the duties and taxes. We have no control over the amount charged regarding duties or taxes a package on each package. This is decided upon by your countries import and customs laws.
We do NOT offer returns or exchanges internationally.

You will receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link for your package so you can follow its journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update. Although it has shipped, it takes time for DHL to update the progress.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but pre-order items & busy periods like holidays and sales, deliveries may take a little longer. The Comfy Society cannot be held liable for any packages that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

If you received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@thecomfysociety.com with a picture of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed.When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
