SHIPPING

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations worldwide.

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over $300. For orders under $300 the shipping flat rate is $30.

*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery to your country.

All orders are shipped through DHL Express with an approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days.

Please note we can not ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

Please allow 1-2 working days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order has not shipped, we can update your address for you. Please contact us via shop@thecomfysociety.com. Make sure to provide us with the full and correct address.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty by our Returns Team.

We do NOT offer returns or exchanges internationally.

We are sustainable. The Comfy Society pieces are designed by our creative team and made by Peruvians hands, all based in Lima, Peru.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

Please refer to our size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up a size for an oversized look and going down a size for a more fitted look.

All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD). Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement.
